Gym Thugs was founded in 2021 by Cait Dupre and Shenee Gros. They are two southern Belles born and raised in South Louisiana who connected through mutual friends at their local gym. Our company is based out of Houma, Louisiana.
OUR ORIGIN
Gym Thugs was created after neither Cait or Shenee could find a pair of leggings that lasted throughout their strenuous workouts. The goal of Gym Thugs is to create products that are built to last, enhance your confidence, and work well with you no matter what stage of life you are in

MEET OUR TEAM
Cait Dupre, RN, BSN, NASM CPT
Cait is co-owner of Gym Thugs, a fitness and nutrition RN, a medic in the Louisiana Air National Guard. She is an amateur NPC bikini competitor working towards earning her pro status.
Shenee Gros, LPC, NBCC, NCSC
Shenee is a licensed high school senior counselor, therapist, and co-owner of Gym Thugs. She is an amateur NPC Figure competitor working towards pro status.
Therese Schiro, SPT
Therese is a second-year physical therapy student and the social media manager of Gym Thugs. She is an amateur NPC Wellness competitor working towards her pro status.
